We take our customers privacy very seriously. That is why every Jes-Extender is shipped in an anonymous package by either UPS or another major shipping firm. The product arrives in a discrete package.
Within 24 hours we ship you the Jes-Extender in a completely unmarked and plain box with nothing but your address information outside. Only you will know what's inside!
Shipping procedures
Normally we ship via UPS courier service, which takes 1-3 days (EU) or 2-5 days (US/Can/Pacific). We are only charging the straight UPS price. If you have entered your correct email address on your order form you will get an alert email directly from UPS incl. the tracking number. If you have questions regarding the shipment please contact your local UPS office with your tracking number or access the web page http://www.ups.com/ and enter the tracking number.
What happens when I order?
- Within 24 hours we ship you the Jes-Extender in a completely unmarked and plain box with only your address information outside. Only you will know what's inside!
- If you order online we will not charge your credit card before we have shipped your order.
- The purchase will appear as "DanaMedic ApS" in your bank account.
- In a few days you will receive the Jes-Extender packed with all you need to start your "improvement" at home.
- At any time after your purchase both we, our team of doctors and the panel of other users in our User Forum are at your service with assistance or any question you might have.
