Shipping
Normally we ship via UPS courier service, which takes 1-3 days (EU) or 2-5 days (US/Can/Pacific). We are only charging the straight UPS price. If you have entered your correct email address on your order form you will get an alert email directly from UPS incl. the tracking number. If you have questions with regards to the shipment please contact your local UPS office with your tracking number or access the web page www.ups.com and enter the tracking number.
We can also offer COD (Cash On Delivery) shipping to EU countries including Norway and Switzerland for an additional 15€/20 US$.
Warranty
The 24 month warranty covers materials and production/assembly. If problems occur, within the limits of warranty, please ship the damaged parts to DanaMedic for inspection. Please include a description of the problem and your updated return address. If it is under warranty we will repair and return at no cost. If it is not under warranty, we will return with a price for your approval before proceeding.

We have such a strong faith in our product and the clinical tests that we offer a double refund guarantee - so that you can have a full sense of security in your purchase.

The Jes-Extender is the original penis enlargement product in the market. Only top-quality materials are used for the design and manufacture of the Danish-made penis enlarger. The quality of the product is beyond comparison. Danamedic has sold the Jes-Extender for more than 10 years. More than 100.000 satisfied customers ensure us in such a way, that we now offer a double refund if you don't enlarge your penis when following our training programme.
The only thing you do is to follow our Training Program which is included in the Jes-Extender package. You log all your information into the online training program every week. You can claim a double refund if you haven't enlarged your penis within 1000 hours of training. You can claim your double refund within a year. Within this year we only claim of you that you have gone through a cohesive training program of 1000 hours.
You can type in your results every week on your own training schedule on our website. And we will use this information to see if you have enlarged your penis. If you are away with no access to the Internet, you can contact us to let us know, that you won't type in your results this week. There is one double refund available per customer.
We also ask you to take a picture before and after the treatment, with the Jes-Extender applied, to make sure you have used it correctly, and to see the change for ourselves. Please include a ruler placed on the pubic bone pointing at the tip of the penis on both pictures.
In short: We guaranty that your penis will enlarge if you follow the training programme we provide you with.
If you for some reason are dissatisfied with the Jes-Extender, you can return it after 3 month in your custody, and get full refund excl. freight. Due to the special hygienic nature of the product, you cannot actually wear the Jes-Extender before returning it - only study the product and the instructions, DVD etc.
Spare parts and accessories cannot be returned for a refund.
Disputes
After 15 years in business, DanaMedic has never had a legal dispute with any type of customer! We aim to keep this brilliant track record through high quality products and top notch customer service.
Should a legal dispute arise, it will take place in a Danish courtroom, governed by the laws of Denmark.
