Hi guys Unusual for me to be asking the questions I know, but; I can manage about 1.5 hours on max tension (1500) or 2 hours on a little less and about 4 hours + on less again. So, am I getting more on the short term 'blast' or more if I drop the tension and up the hours? I don't seem to be making any major gains and have been doing this for a couple of months now. Any thoughts welcomed.

little but often is sometimes the best policy,go with how u feel but dont over do it
