Hey body I just wanted to reply with something quick, if you use the jes and do exercises at the same time you will get the best results, TRUST me that is what I do, and do especially pc muscles ( that is the secret to be more firm than a rock) if you have any question write back ok wish you the best, sincerly Franco

I find doing dry jelqs as well as using the extender does give better results

My only suggestion as far as jelqing goes is...research it very thoroughly before even thinking about beginning a routine. Jelqing has a good track record as far as gains go, but is also one of the biggest injury-makers in the world of PE.

The way I do the dry jelq is as follows:

Form a ring with thumb and first finger around the base of the penis. Take a firm grip but not too firm and slide the 'ring' from the base of the penis up to the glans. Then keep the ring but release the pressure and slide the 'ring' back down to the base. The increase the grip again and slide down to the glans again.

Keep this tight grip / loose grip going until done the required number of jelqs.

I do about 25 at a time and try to complete 100 per day.
